Yoga Flow

A Vinyasa Flow. This is a flowing practice of intentional movements with its history in Vinyasa Krama. It is a sequence of movements integrating the breath. This practice creates a conscious connection between the breath body and mind based on the true meaning of Yoga which means union.

Yin Yoga

Awaken, enhance and balance prana (Chi). This practice targets the connective tissue in the body through a floor based practice of stillness. Each pose is used to target an acupressure area in the body stimulating the production and flow of chi and jing energies, nourishing the organs via the traditional chinese medicine meridian lines.

Fusion Flow

A blend of Vinyasa and Yin (Vin to Yin). A practice that touches on both movement and stillness, bringing a sense of balance to the practitioner. The purpose is that all layers of the body are experienced both on a subtle and deep level. A deeply nourishing practice that leaves you feeling calm, balanced and restored.
